Discuss Any advice for putting this shower in ? in the Bathrooms, Showers and Wetrooms area at PlumbersForums.net

Hi All,
Looking for some advice on my little bathroom project.
I took the bath out. I got a shower jacuzzi thing.
The base has 2 wheels in the corner.
Do I assemble the unit first attach water and elec, and slide the very heavy unit in on the two wheels? Or do I get the base in the corner and assemble the unit on from there?

Thanks for any advice in advance.

Cheers,
Tom.

I would follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
It depends on how it goes together.
I have fitted a similar unit by assembling it fully in the middle of the room as it was very useful to have access all around.
Tip : first try fitting the base into position on its own and spend some time removing it/ adjusting the feet multiple times until it’s nice and solid ( this is much easier to do before you assemble the unit).
