Hey all,
I'm setting up a small brewery and need the ability to have instant hot water at decent flow rates.
I've been looking at commercial options but I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good unit that can get unto 80?
Appreciate any guidance!
My grundfos alpha 2 15-60 130 pump is set to 3 but not pulling more than 9w so all rads are cold. What could be the problem and how can I solve this. Thanks for any help
I have an old Corvec Brittony 2T water heater and the problem is it only provides lukewarm water. The rubber gaskets were replaced about 18 months ago and I live in a hard water area. I suspect that the heater exchanger is getting furred up and needs replacing. Would be better to replace it...
Hi guys/girls
In case any of you guys don't know I'm pretty much just a gas man.. so I'm not too clued up of all aspects of plumbing.
The question I have is what is the highest pump head selling macerator? I kind of need one on my own house as it will probably be the cheapest and quickest...
Looking at replacing a normal radiator with a modem taller vertical type in my son's bedroom. As top of new radiator will be higher than the system vent and pump, will this cause a problem? Or do I need to extend vent pipe to be highest point?
What's the highest DHW flow rate combi that you know of? I have 25l/min mains and I want to take advantage of that.
Was thinking of going unvented but not really worth it in my flat..
As per title, need to quote for a property with 25lt/min dynamic flow rate and 3.5 bar. He is adamant that he doesn't want an unvented. So, what combi delivers that kind of performance???
I'm surprised and little dismayed that even the biggest of the Intergas range won't go higher than 18lt/min...

Reading the building regs (H1) it states that the maximum distance from the invert of the drain to the highest branch of the "stub" stack is 2m.

Recently had 2 bathrooms refitted. Problem is with the main bath/shower control. The control has 2 knobs, one adjusts the temperature, the other directs the water either out of the...

Did I hear someone on here say that if bunging the vent and feed of a tank you should also make sure automatic air vents are closed? Is this true? I thought air would only go one way with them.
If it's true how do you close them? And also, presuming you might not find all of them - do they...
Can't believe it, I told you I used to be a test pilot didn't I!!? ;)
Have a look, not a plumber, sparky or builder in sight. So suprised!
