Discuss Underfloor heating - zone not heating properly in the Plumbing Zone area at PlumbersForums.net

We moved into our flat over the summer and haven’t really used the heating much and no guides or anything we left so really don’t understand how it works!

It is a wet underfloor system, with 5 zones controlled via a Loxone app (smart home system).

Currently the room furthest away from the boiler doesn’t seem to heat up properly. It’s currently at 17.5 degrees, even though the thermostat is set to 19 degrees. All the other rooms seem to be heating up to the right temperature. What’s the most likely reason for this? I wasn’t sure if it could be as the valiant boiler seems to often be showing as in the “anti cycling mode” or because the system needs flushed?

Any help would be really appreciated!! Happy to provide more detail if that is needed.

Might be worth testing with two zones off try the problem zone see if it now heats the room etc
