Hello all. ..first post so please forgive the lack of technical knowledge.
I'm looking at replacing an old potterton 100e regular boiler connected to a unvented traditional system.
Can't decide between the above high powered combi or going unvented with a ecotec 637 system boiler and 210...
I was wondering if someone could explain how I would wire 2 2 port valves to a Worcester Bosch 32cdi combi boiler.
The whole purpose is to split the heating into 2 separate zones controlled by there own thermostats.
all wiring diagrams for the boiler show different connections to what I have...

Hi there
I have a few of these taps at work and one is very intermittent and sometimes comes on on its own. I have taken the cover off the control box and there is a green led flashing away. The red one comes on when the solenoid valve clicks on. Quite often I can put my hand near the...
I've got a fault with above and I have a nagging suspicion that it is a fan fault although everything is pointing towards pcb.
Have I just imagined this is the problem with the fans?
Was shown an area previously hidden within a wall. Some of the copper pipes were clean as a whistle, others were covered in the green stuff. Some parts would have a dot of green here and there, others you couldn't see copper for the green, often covering sections a foot long. No drips or obvious...
So according to the Public Accounts Committee report, the Green Deal failed, there's a supprise
They also say that for every loan arranged, it cost the taxpayer (us) £17,000
Some one made money from it and I know it wasn't me or you

Had a 30i installed by someone I very much trust on tuesday, come thursday I noticed on the boiler undertray a tiny run of green liquid coming from the underside of the return connection so he came back, nipped it all up to play safe as a precaution but said it felt tight enough already. So...

Hi all
Customer just called with a c1 fault on a Worcester greenstar he30
I'm not familiar with the boiler so google docs c1 fault appears to be low fan speed.
Fixes seem to be split between new pcb or fan. I've not been to see the boiler yet but any info would be greatly received.
Thanks
Rich

Would anyone be able to tell me what has caused the green corrosion on the pipe in the first photo?
This particular pipe leaked soon after the photo. The installers are saying it is caused by hard water.
But the pipe was installed 17mths before. In my view it is flux...
Sorry about that, I thought I'd already signed in with the Facebook account.

Pipes are showing a lot of green patches, 18mths after installing a new heating system and water pipes. These pipes are in airing cupboard and by boiler. There is green around most of the joins of the pipes - ie where 2 pipes have been soldered together. Also spots and patches of green on pipes...

Hello, I am wondering if you can help! We have a square rainfall shower head and there is a green gunk forming where the connection from the arm to the actual shower head is, which is causing the shower to stop working. I understand this may be a build up of limescale etc. but I rigorously clean...
