i'm already qualified and working as a sparks but im supposed to be multi skilled in my current job. well thats soon to be true (soonish) as ive just started c&g level 2 basic plumbing. i'm actually a little bit excited to bridge a few...
im trying to complete my n v q level 2 and all i need to finish is to install a bathroom suite i need a plumbers help to do so i dont need paying and i have my own transport and work to a very good standard, i live in the bristol area can anyone help.

After succesfully being allowed onto the level 1 plumbung course at my local college i have been told by the tutors that anyone now wanting to progress onto the 6129 level tech cert has to be in employent:confused:
I know this is the case for the nvq level 2
Has any one else heard this???
I have just completed the OLCI 6129 City & Guilds Technical certificate, I need to be working to acheive the the N V Q level 2.
Is there anyone in the Northwest area who can help me with this or anyone who as gone this rout can they tell me what they did to achieve thier goal

Im taking my level 2 gola exam next week and have been told two different things by people about what to expect. Some say its v hard others that its easy to pass as the pass mark is lower than the 80% in the c+g module exams?

Just been told that from september, those enrolling for 1st year 6129 will no longer be doing the lead part of the course, it has been removed.
Shame really, I find it very enjoyable, the last talented skill a plumber possessed is gone :-(
Hi everyone, have recently passed my C&G 6129 level 2 at BTSC Manchester. I can't fault the place, but its gonna cost me an arm and a leg. Will be taking level 3 in the near future, and then NVQ after that :)
