Asbestos around pipes

Hi. Does it look like it is asbestos around these pipes? I do not have much knowledge about asbestos.

Can’t tell from the pics but if I’m doubt always get it tested

Looks like cotton scrim wrapped around Rockwool or fibreglass.

BUT as this is a commercial site it should already have had an asbestos survey and any found should be identified in the on site register.

If not the whole site needs surveying.

Probably not but always treat it as asbestos until you are100 per cent sure you will need a sample taken and tested . Kop

Just read they put asbestos in beer 70s and now people are getting cancer.
