Where do u guys buy most of ur hand tools mine are startin to get batterd and a lot have went missing over the years.

Bahco wide jaws, buy online or anywhere on special offer. 15/22 split ring, Toolstation buy a pair and cut one in half for tight access. Glean the remainder from car boot sales where footies, basin wrench and mole grips are found. 24mm/30mm open ended, put in vice, heat handle and crank for crows foot. Open jaws for imperial fitting.
Grind handle of footie to fit slot in service valve, saves electrical screwdriver for intended use, and removes covers from water meters.
The most expensive tool is the one that's missing when needed

Screwfix, tools station, b&q, internet, tradecounterdirect anywhere you get the best deal really just find what you want an see where you can get it on sale or at the best price
