Ahh the old rotas two piece fit the base and prompt cement the upper piece at that joint line takes me back a bit that lol regards Turnpin:punk:
 
1st time I have seen one. So you screw down the base and cement the upper part to it do you? So it can go any position. I likes it

It looks like something the yanks would use along with there wax seal lol
