If you have a memory like mine it's easy to keep the weight down as I spend so much time running to and from the van because I've forgotten what I wanted or forgotten to take it from the van. As to remembering where I parked the van ...

Yeah. Its a shame as I was into fitness in a big way until I was late 20's. Then I got married and stopped caring.

Its a good feeling when you're in shape. I would like to get back to my former size, but I'm too busy working. I'm not exactly obese!! 6ft 1" and 13.5 stone. Just more of that weight is fat than muscle.
