Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and have no experience when it comes to boilers. Through what I can only describe as my own stupidity I have damaged one of the pipes that run into the bottom of my boiler. (Pics supplied below) my question is. Is this something I should be immediately concerned...
On the duotec. The clear tube thst comes from the gas valve to fan I thought it just opened a diaphragm valve on gas valve as a safety feature. Tech tell me it modulates the gas valve. Anyone know if it does

been to to a job yesterday, tried to remove heat exchanger on duotec 40he but both screws are rounded off. Just wondered if anybody knows of another tool to use to fit the hex head of screw? It's hard to get into with it been recessed.
