    Seized non-rising non-standard tap.

    Hi. I have a monoblock non-rising tap (image attached), the cold side is seized. I can't get the thing apart. The handle and spindle seem to be all one piece, the ceramic 'COLD' insert is fixed in place, there is no nut. The nut shaped shield or cover seems to be a dummy and just spins...
