hiya guys quick question just ripped out my upstairs wet room which will be my baby's room so here goes.

Sink and shower and WC are out the only thing left is the shower tray, how do i split the shower from the trap to let me remove the tray and then the waste pipe work. i cant get my head round it!

the wetroom floor is that horrible tounge and groove boards and directly below the wet room is the kitchen which has respatex paneling and a void so i cant reach it from the ground floor. Any thoughts?

Cheers all!

Dai

The trap grating is normally screwed into the trap from above. You can try to unscrew it by carefully sliding a large slotted screwdriver down the grating and try to turn it. Or you can buy a tool for tightening these gratings to the the trap.
